This tool reorders, rotates, and reorganizes PDF pages through a drag-and-drop interface, built for restructuring an existing document's page order rather than editing the content on any individual page.

How do I change the page order?
Drag a page row to a new position, or use its Up and Down buttons. The saved PDF follows the displayed order.
Can I rotate one page without rotating the others?
Yes, Rotate adds 90 degrees to the selected page only. Repeat it to reach 180 or 270 degrees.
Does it edit the content inside a page?
No, it rearranges and rotates whole pages. Pages are copied into a new PDF, so document-level metadata may not carry over.
What PDF limits apply?
