ICO export is capped at 256 px, so the ICO download is 256 × 256 even when 512 is selected. Text is limited to four characters.

Logo upload

SVG output for a logo embeds the rendered PNG, so it is not vector artwork. Padding from 0 to 36% leaves space around the logo.

What can I use as the favicon input?

Examples loads a sample for the current input mode. Clear removes the active input and preview so old output cannot be downloaded by mistake.
